Her et rigtig godt alternativ - godt nok i Bulgarien, men det tager kun 2½ time fra København og koster under 1000 kroner retur. I får et totalt renoveret hus i bjergene med al inventar for under 300.000 kroner. For 12 år siden købte vi et bondehus i Stara Planina bjergene med en utrolig smuk beliggenhed og fantastisk udsigt. Huset er siden blevet gennemgribende restaureret med respekt for lokal tradition og historie og det er i dag lige til at flytte ind i. Huset er oprindeligt bygget i 1800 tallet og består af et superhyggeligt inde køkken, en stue, 3 værelser, et badeværelse samt en pragtfuld terrasse. Vi har desuden lavet et nyt stort gæsteværelse i kælderen, så der nu kan sove ialt 7 personer i huset. Vi har endvidere forbedret ejendommen med en dejlig pergola, stort redskabsrum, veranda, ekstra vandforsyning, og ikke at forglemme en dejlig have. Huset er beliggende 700 m over havet ovenfor den hyggelige by Elena med små butikker, supermarkeder, restauranter og cafeer. Der er også nogle få hoteller, hvor man f.eks. kan købe sig adgang til swimmingpool. Regionen rummer desuden let adgang til spændende oplevelser ved f.eks. Sortehavet, og Rumænien, Grækenland og Tyrkiet. Vi er kommet op i årene og har efterhånden fået et større behov for at tilbringe tiden i Danmark. Vi har derfor besluttet at sætte huset til salg med stort set alt det, vi i årenes løb har anskaffet. Der er originale rustikke møbler, tæpper, gaskomfur, brændekomfur, vaskemaskine, fryser, to køleskabe, køkkenudstyr, støvsuger, fjernsyn, internetadgang, plæneklippere mv.. Vi er tillige indstillet på at lade vores firhjulstrækker Nissan Terrano med plads til 7 indgå i handlen til en meget rimelig pris pris. Til information er det idag yderst nemt og billigt at komme til Bulgarien fra København. WizzAir flyver f.eks direkte til Sofia. Det tager 2½ time.I er efter aftale meget velkomne til at besøge huset uden nogen forpligtigelser. Vi tager derned den 24. april og vil være dernede til den 22. juni 2018. Vi har besluttet at foretage et dramatisk nedslag i prisen, som vi oprindeligt satte til 58.000 euro, som så nogenlunde svarer til det, huset har kostet os. I har nu chancen for at erhverve en perle for så lidt som 290.000 kroner. Ring og hør nærmere (74789097).
