Lille badeværelse med bruseniche, og lækker overdækket terrasse som forlænger aftenerne udenfor. Pæn stor grøn græsplæne om huset, og på den udendørs terrasse er der grill og bålsted. Der er varmepumpe installeret, tv, Playstation 3, wifi, og opvaskemaskine. Er man glad for natur er dette hus et godt valg. Placeret lige op af skoven hvor rådyr ses næsten hver aften, tæt på havet hvor der også er gode muligheder for fiskeri og krabbefangst. Ravjagt om morgenen med UV lygter kan også anbefales. Turistbyen Juelsminde med det fantastiske havnemiljø ligger ikke langt herfra og tæt på ligger den lille havneby Snaptun, hvor der dagligt er afgange til Hjarnø og Endelave som bestemt er et besøg værd. Mange gode vandreruter i området, nyetableret fodboldgolfbane i As Vig, gratis eventyrlegeplads i Juelsminde etableret i 2020 og ellers er mange populære attraktioner som Legoland, Givskud Zoo, Økolariet i Vejle, Gorillaparken i Vejle, FÆNGSLET i Horsens osv. i køreafstand indenfor 1 time. Huset er ikke-ryger hus, og husdyr er desværre ikke tilladt. Lejes ud på ugebasis lørdag-lørdag.

Kun 60 meter fra grunden ligger 10 km badestrand. Havudsigt fra de fleste rum. Et særligt hus som adskiller sig fra egentlige udlejningshuse. Et personligt hus med lys og farver som gør indtryk. In this work, Heather Deegan challenges the view that political reform is unsustainable in the region, and examines the moves towards democratization which have recently taken place. She discusses individual countries on the basis of their political structures: monarchical, authoritarian, theocratic, confessional and multiparty. She considers factors in the democratizing process such as the institution of political parties, the re-introduction of elections, citizenship with associated rights and responsibilities and the role of Islam. Democracy is not confined solely to a liberal democratic model although political change and greater levels of participation may be viewed as steps paving the way for a fuller democratization in a liberal democratic sense. For four years, TA partners from 15 countries collaborated intensively on the EU project PACITA to answer these questions.The newly published book "Policy-Oriented Technology Assessment Across Europe" is one of the results of this collaboration.
