For sale is a two-masted motor sailor named “Fritz”, rigged ketch. It is a classic car built in 1962, a real rarity. The hull is made of oak, the deck is tropical wood. In 2007 a complete technical renovation was carried out, now it has a 90 HP Beta-Marine inboard engine, on-board computer, autopilot, electric toilet flush, etc. Length: 34,4 ft Width: 10,6 ft Draft: 4,25 ft There is woodwork to be done, planks should be replaced in two places at the transition from deck to side, as well as in one place on the sternpost (see pictures). This does not affect the buoyancy, the hull is 100% tight. The masts could also use a new protective coat soon, as could a few areas of the deck. Otherwise the boat is in perfect condition. The berth in Berlin-Schmöckwitz can be taken over. The masts have currently been laid and can be erected on site within 30 minutes using the crane. The last multi-day sailing trip was on the Baltic Sea in 2021, the equipment is completely complete.
