RENOVATION INCLUDES (among others): - engine block checked for tightness of the water jacket, restoration of concentricity and dimensions of the crankshaft bed, engine block surface planning. - NOMINAL original BMW crankshaft !!! - head after full regeneration checked for microcracks, surface planning, new valve seals and valve seats, new hydraulic tappets and valves. - new main bearings and connecting rod bearings - pistons verification and replacement if necessary - new piston rings - new connecting rods - honed cylinder liners (factory size) if necessary new ones are inserted - new head gaskets, cover gasket and seals of the crank shaft and shafts, - new complete original timing gear. - new oil pump POSSIBILITY OF ENGINE INSTALLATION IN OUR SERVICE! WE HAVE ROAD ASSISTANCE AND REPLACEMENT CARS! All engine components are precisely prepared for engine assembly. Washing in an ultrasonic washer, dimensioning of all engine components.
